The 2009 epic adventure film, Avatar, directed by James Cameron, transports viewers to the lush alien world of Pandora. It tells the story of Jake Sully, a paralyzed former Marine, who becomes mobile again through a Na’vi-human hybrid, an “Avatar,” and finds himself drawn into a battle for the survival of Pandora. The film was re-released in stunning 4K High Dynamic Range in September 2022.
