Strengths 

• Critical thinking (the true-seeker and critics, they frequently have an eye for what the rest of us overlook because of their dogged the pursuit of it) 
• Readiness for change (destroyers who are really strong and care deeply about issues of fairness and equality, and they take action and make their voices heard whenever they see injustice and unfairness) 
• Creativity (the ability to think creatively and find novel solutions to problems it comes naturally to destroyers)

• Hubris (such people have the put tensity to create their own set of guidelines, which may lead to much friction in groups)
