Strengths 

• Practicality and rationality (due to caution, such people or less likely to meet mistakes and more often get what they want) 
• Cooperativeness (excellent team player; the best at showing respect and Reciprocity) 
• Kindness and compassion (people’s suffering hurts them, so they do their best to prevent negative developments) 

Weaknesses 

• Willingness to go out of one’s way to satisfy (orphans are very eager to find the place where they belong, but it is difficult for them to feel and understand their identity  
• Failure to believe in own abilities (fear of conflict and thirst for acceptance outweigh all self-confidence 
• Failure to be assertive (such people often go with the flow instead of expressing their point of view)
